Terms of Service

Creatorsnap provides AI-powered tools that help creators generate, edit, analyze, and improve YouTube thumbnails, titles, and related creative assets.

The service may allow users to upload images, provide prompts, reference YouTube channels or thumbnails, generate new creative assets, edit existing assets, and access related tools.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Creatorsnap. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Creatorsnap with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using Creatorsnap, you represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

“User Content” means any content you upload, submit, reference, generate, or otherwise provide through Creatorsnap, including prompts, images, thumbnails, channel references, titles, text, brand assets, likenesses, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using Creatorsnap, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, modify, and use your User Content as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and promote the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for any content you upload or reference.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the thumbnails, images, titles, and other outputs generated through Creatorsnap for personal or commercial purposes.

However, AI-generated outputs may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. Creatorsnap does not guarantee that any output is original, copyrightable, trademark-safe, or free from third-party rights.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or commercial use.

Creatorsnap may allow you to reference third-party content, including YouTube channels, videos, thumbnails, styles, images, names, logos, or other materials.

You are solely responsible for making sure your use of third-party materials is lawful. You may not use Creatorsnap to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of another person or entity.

Creatorsnap is not responsible for claims arising from your use of third-party content, references, likenesses, logos, characters, or copyrighted material.

You agree not to use Creatorsnap to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of others.
• Generate deceptive, harmful, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.
• Upload malware, scripts, or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or interfere with the service.
• Abuse free trials, credits, promotions, referrals, or billing systems.
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission.
• Resell or provide access to Creatorsnap without written authorization.
• Use the service to create content that violates YouTube policies or applicable platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Creatorsnap may offer paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, credit packs, or other paid features.

By purchasing a paid plan or credits, you authorize Creatorsnap or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Credits may be required to generate or use certain features. Unless stated otherwise, credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or reset based on your plan.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including subscriptions, credit packs, and promotional purchases.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

If you believe there was a billing error, contact us at support@creatorsnap.ai before initiating a chargeback.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account, revoke access to paid features, and forfeit unused credits.

Creatorsnap may offer discounts, free trials, promotional credits, or limited-time offers.

We reserve the right to modify, revoke, or terminate promotional offers at any time. Abuse of promotions, including creating multiple accounts to claim offers, may result in account termination.

Creatorsnap and its software, designs, branding, logos, interfaces, code, systems, workflows, models, prompts, templates, and service-related materials are owned by Creatorsnap or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Creatorsnap’s platform or technology unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations, you grant Creatorsnap the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Creatorsnap will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Creatorsnap uses artificial intelligence and automated systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, misleading, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before using them publicly or commercially.

Creatorsnap does not guarantee improved views, click-through rate, revenue, subscriber growth, or YouTube performance.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, failed to pay fees, created legal risk, or used the service in a way that harms Creatorsnap or others.

Upon termination, your access may be revoked immediately, and unused credits may be forfeited.

Your use of Creatorsnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Creatorsnap may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, analytics tools, authentication providers, hosting providers, AI model providers, YouTube-related services, and marketing platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, or practices.

Creatorsnap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatorsnap Inc., its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or content-related claims.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Creatorsnap in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have not paid us.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creatorsnap Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

• Your use of Creatorsnap.
• Your User Content.
• Your generated outputs.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Creatorsnap will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of Creatorsnap after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
